I am somewhat confused about how the term 'Offer' is used. For instance, I put an item on sale, and then it showed a "countdown to Offer Start". To me offer is something used in the context of auctions. And it would be more logical if it said "Count down to start of Sale". Also, the button 'Offer history' has nothing to do with 'offers' (as in someone offering a certain amount for an item on auction), but it covers actual transactions. This same term is also used in the filter called 'Offer availability'. I suppose the term offer is used as in 'someone offering an item on sale' - in which case 'offer history', 'offer start' and 'offer availability' makes more sense. But again, my initial thought is that of 'auction offers'.
