I have a question about the credits in happy home when you design 30 houses/ trying not to give spoilers but basically when you get over this landmark there are credits that play and you are supposed to be able to see all your previous design pictures during the credits. Mine are just showing blank white boxes but I know I have taken pictures 😢 anyone know how to fix it or watch credits again?

Working a dollhouse for Lucy, the interior will be easy but idk about the exterior opinions welcome (work in progress). Likely to remove the flower beds as the green clashes a bit with everything else. Roof changed to white thatch but it's more beige

This looks so cute ! Honestly I said maybe do the house brick white so it gives it a nice accent as well as white on the flags of the lampposts ! And maybe some type of pink pathing or pink sand to go underneath certain items

You'll be walking into the back kitchen to get recipes from the chef, so make sure there is an easy path that way. Pick your wall paper and flooring first, then you'll have an idea of color scheme and theme. 3 or 4 tables max, or less if you're using diner booths and counters instead. Put in a few things, add rugs, wall decorations, hanging shelves, curtains, and or lights. It starts looking the way you want to, good luck!

Lol I don't think I'm good at it. But I would say watching videos help to get trends and discover items that can match together, there's a lot of items in the game so it is really hard to figure it out, we often end using the same items again and again sadly, I've the same bad habits.
Personally the video makers I enjoy to follow are Miss ACNH, Noot Horizons, Haruchi Create, ... both last are Japanese but introduce English subtitles.

Using custom patterns for windows/custom walls and textiles furniture also make a big difference, but I already use mine for paths and such outside decoration things so I can't really afford that.

I have given villagers 2 storey hhp houses early on, which really aren't needed. From looking into it it doesn't seem like I can remove the second floor, however: if I move them in as a roommate with someone else then re-separate them, can I then give them a new single floor house? Just FYI you may all already know but you don't have to "keep" roommates for them to count towards unlocking stuff. I got the restaurant expansion while only having one set still together. It's supposed to unlock when you have 3 sets but two I'd split back apart immediately after the move-in, one because it was that forced one in the game and one as I was testing the theory about removing second floors. Two of my 3 were even the same two villagers I moved the octo in together twice

@minor star you can use either, but the tab in your picture just shows recently added or removed items that have been used. there will be more options available in say for example "housewares"/"order"/miscellaneous. If it's your first or one of the first vacation homes there won't be as much furniture unlocked yet but you can return to remodel when more is unlocked.

Something weird happened with plot A7, it wouldn't let me use a standard path but it lets me use a custom one. I get that I can't put grass down on ice but why not a stone/brick path, it's odd

if you like decorating it’s a must-have imo, you’ll have tons of fun with that aspect (especially since that’s basically all there is to the DLC), and there’s a good chunk of extra goodies you get like being able to customize your villager’s houses—I definitely think it’s worth it, if probably a little expensive

Here's Rover's home (so far). I know it isn't too original - I have never played any previous AC games plus I didn't know what to do with his home, so I came up with a little train station for him. My two Amiibos, Niko and Flick, fit the theme fairly well to me since they are both travelers and love playing instruments. Rover, too, has a similar reaction to instruments any time I throw one in there for him.
