@bitter sorrel i wanted to let you know that I tried your request but in Animal Crossing, the notes for the notes in the whistling isn't in the program, if that makes sense? Like there are very few notes to choose from in the program, to create town tunes, and the notes you need for the whistling aren't included in the small selection of notes.
