@wispy notch it’s honestly all up to you! Either put the ables on a ledge and make the ledge wrap around nooks or put both on a ledge and maybe do trees and hills behind!

It’s obviously pretty expensive but if you have the bells I think it would look so cute!

@wispy notch I would say do both on a platform, and then make space in the back to do extra 3rd tier terraforming to give extra height and sort of close off the area. As for the bottom, you could keep the tables and stalls and just dial back the custom design to fit like a patio

my island has a few unique areas, but not a real theme across the whole thing. I actually themed my island around the villagers; Tangy is fruit themed, so I gave her my orchard. Cookie is cute, so she has flower fields. Plucky is a beach chicken so I gave her a beach hut and tiki bar, Hans has a lonely mountaintop home hidden in the trees, Julian has an observatory... etc.

I try to style them functionally, too. Nothing crazy and pretty natural.

Tangy's pic here is outdated; I since made her my farmer, too, since pumpkins are a thing.

•Pickpocket Palms- N Cliffs: Redd's night market with a shady cluttercore theme. Also features a hidden cove for Gullivarr's items.
•Snobby Suburbs- SW: Resort area with an upscale theme, featuring a pool area and a gym.
•Resident's Rest- SE: Normal suburbs including a few parks and small attractions. Large yards.
•Rickety Ruins- NW Cliffs: A mountainous area of thick, wild bush and palms. Contains rock decor and statues leading up to the museum.

It's called Humilau BTW, after my favorite Pokémon city.
