So for cakes I'd look for: mum cakes, which can be customized in 6 colours. And bday cakes (3 colors). Wedding cakes (3 colors)

try using perspective to your advantage. make that seem really far away so it looks super cool when you see it from a "distance" if that makes sense.

use toy cars and other stuff to make it seem super far away

Hmmm, well if I have behind the area to be continued the same height and I use maybe the rope fence to close it off I think it'll look big? The 1 grid sapce behind the 'stage' will be a 3 level to make it look tall

You dont have to use the stairs. Even the elevation around it would work!

You wouldnt want attendants to climb up right? Usually concert stages are accessed from the back. So use simple panels to pretend they're curtains @wary crown

So I’m finally making my new neighbourhood, I have a decent amount of bells from village selling so the cost isn’t an issue but is it worth moving all houses on to the beach to make it easier on my self? I’m going for a natural themed island so my neighbourhoods will be semi planned out but also not and may get in the way.

Tbh, I had a open big spot already on the left side of my island, so I moved my scattered houses to be grouped together for a residential area. And currently figuring out where to move peach’s house and sky’s since they stick out like a needle in a haystack for their houses, so I’m currently working on my island and will move them after I terraform more.

So it’s up to you and if your spot on the beach is your only option to move them to rework where they currently are go for it. Or can work on your neighborhood and when they get in the way at a point, you can move them then. @carmine depot

@wary crown I think your fine since it’s only 3 levels your displaying in the photo correct? You just can’t have an incline to a fourth level, nor can you decorate or climb to a fourth level, but you can terraform a fourth level if that makes sense

yes 3 levels so if you started at incline closest to bottom, you would: go from ground to second level, then go from second to 3rd, then go from 3rd to second, then go from 2nd to ground.

I've grown to learn that the coconut trees only can grow on the beach. I tried to plant a few in the grass and they just took forever to grow so I put them on my beach areas

@copper shoal aw don’t give up! :(( try to focus on a small area and really work with it until you’re satisfied with it and go from there. if you’re trying to decorate on a bigger scale it might be frustrating trying to get it how you want it. there’s tons of inspo everywhere just take it a step at a time!

@copper shoal i was going to recommend your entrance yes! try going on youtube and checking out how people like to terraform and decorate theirs, of course you shouldn’t completely go step by step with what they’re doing but it’s a good idea to take some ideas and incorporate them into yours!

it’s what i was doing at the beginning of my island and i pretty quickly got the hang of how i wanted to decorate other areas so definitely looking for inspo was really helpful
