@subtle badge The best advice I can give is take it slow, go little by little. If you try to do it all in bulk you're gonna end up hating it as soon as you start to have ideas of your own. I've got 400+ hours in my island atm and have built it up to completely tear it down like 3-4 times

As you go little by little, you'll think of things along the way and it'll feel much more natural to you

@chilly sparrow I struggle with that too, it's about finding a good balance between natural and organized so I think you should just try and base it on what the area you're planting flowers in looks like. If you're planting flowers in a farmy type area, maybe do a field of dark dirt and plant the flowers there with a fence around it. In forests you can kind of plant them around randomly on grass and have it look really nice. Also, you can use weeds tastefully for a great effect

The best way to make it look better is to stick to consistent themes, so that’s what I recommend. I have various theming on my island but put them in spots that will make them blend together! So far I have a pirate theme, city theme, enchanted forest theme, and castle theme.

@woven drift going forward and back a day at a time to move stuff around a bit is fine, thats what I do. I didnt TT until I got 5 star and decided to redo my island. Moving things around 1 at a time sucks with a day in between (especially when I was just moving them to the beach)
