@reef cape mine is pretty similar, my airport is just below the text and my RS is on the other side of the trees there, I did mine left-to-right like that to hide how close and off-center it is if that makes sense

The reason being you dont have a river blocking the whole top side of your map, so you dont need to terraform or bridge to get there

@tropic atlas you should make your houses like 2 seperate neighborhoods, so 5 houses in the left and five houses in the right. But you will need to make more space with the waterscaping tool.

@rotund osprey I'd definitely start by deciding what kind of areas you'd like to have first, you look like you have a lot of space left hahaha... some ideas for empty patches include a gym, outdoor library, outdoor theatre, cafe, diner, zen garden, garden, gnome/mush forest, graveyard, carnival and arcade areas. A lot of people like to make the entrances to their house very grand so you might want to do some terraforming!

I have a tiki bar beside the right river entrance and the beach to the left is a surf area w/ some sun beds. Then the rest of the beaches are campsites and general leisure areas. Another idea i've seen someone pull off very nicely is a sort of exhibition area, id hide the cliffs using the simple panels and then fill it with the standee diy items and butterfly models
