@woven drift I'd say keep instruments to a minimum and equipment to the max. Minimum for a band is a guitar, bass, drums and maybe a synthesizer if you don't go for another guitarist. I'd definitely fill your stage with effects pedals, amps, and maybe a laptop to add to the kind of small-band vibe.

• round the paths or thin them so the flow of where ure supposed to walk can be seen easily
• add streetlamps or colored floor lights! my favs are the paper lanterns, you can customise the paper design and add lots of color for variety :))
• adding overall deco like fossils, flowers, bushes really help.
  (note; a lot of the same thing together usually dont look appealing, so always aim for variety. ie. instead of a field of red roses, mix it up with some white lillies and black tulips. different things help each other shine!)
  hope this helps you im just coming up with stuff off the top of my head lol

try adding cliffs between the stalls? like little 3x3 blocks should be enough since in the photo it seems like theres a lot of awkward space in between the stalls. then u could add waterfalls for extra yay factor 😄

paths, id recommend the brick or the white yellowy path, since both look classy and theyd fit in a market place.
customise ur stalls!! theyll look so good after slapping a couple online designs on them!

@rustic niche The main difference I'm seeing are the shrubs? If so, I say the right side, the shrubs covering the ramp like that makes it look more naturally blended
