So i'm gonna make an incline leading to my house. I have 2 ideas on where to put them. But i'm not sure which one to go with. Sorry for bad editing.
@distant moat depends on where you want to put your house. For the first one it would look nice if you make the incline and then can walk from there directly to your house. On the right a nice garden maybe
For the second the house on the right and you'd have a huge space for garden or similar things again. Or the incline leads to the garden and on the bottom of the cliff would be the house. That might look better but might be annoying after a while since you can't go straight up down the cliff. If you choose that one you could do another cliff in the right sight leading to the green area at the beach 👌

@potent shard my general style is to start with a flat front and have a giant building at the back (2 stories high) that your main attraction. You could use simple panel to draw a Ferris wheel and hide your house behind or draw a carousel. I saw a person do a pink castle and have a carousel on simple panels behind.
