@fossil trellis depends if you want to use glitches or not. There is a way to glitch yourself into level 4 cliffs and you can place things there/do water

Can't put weeds or drop items on level 4; they will disappear. But placed items will remain, and can be removed with the cleanup function in Island Designer. In general not recommended to plant things in level 4, because if the glitch gets patched they might get stuck permenantly

For 1-wide river with close together bends, it's not always possible to get rounded corners right? As the river wouldn't exist on both sides to get the rounded corner for both squares if the squares are by each other. Also is it possible to have a rounded cliff at the same spot as a rounded River Edge?

@cerulean fox yes, it’s overwhelming at first. You’re not alone lol. Start with the areas you find yourself most and do little sections at a time

@glad blade SOOOO the residential area was the first thing that I did when i got terraforming and it shows, it doesn't really fit in my island theme anymore. if i were to start from scratch i'd go with scattered residents because it works better in a natural theme (in my opinion). right now i'm keeping it up until i "finish" the rest of my island and then i'm going to slowly remove the residential area. Depending on what style you choose from, i recommend a scattered/clumped style for natural island and an urban area for a modern island

Might not fully have enough room for that, but there are a lot of different things to do.
