@steep canopy make the river go the other way. Top right corner of the map flatten the beach side make nice beach houses and build up left in a cliff. Your museum can be bottom left of the map with a nice big garden in front of it or on cliffs with waterfalls. Then you can use Middle/bottom right for some shops and top right, top middle and middle left for free designs like flower gardens and stuff

@scenic rain you can terraform a higher section next to a river. I would make a river, terraform a higher leven 5 wide and put the houses between the highered sections next to the water
