@woven drift I planned out where I wanted my water on mspaint before I started, filled in my rivers completely, and then used the path tool to place pathing in the outline for the rivers. That way it showed up on the map and I could check scale and make sure it looked good before torturing myself with the actual water tool. Once the adjustments are done that way, it’s not too bad to do the actual waterscaping

@woven drift that's indeed a really pretty and satisfying layout 🥰 a suggestion from me.. build the foundation you planned and then think about decorations and stuff. Sometimes I plan something in HID and then it doesn't look that good ingame. And while building you get a lot of other ideas you might want to add.
