@barren karma I would turn the benches towards the fountain. The white looks good. Lanterns on each end of bench. Then more flowers on the corner perimeters. Adding more flowers will help soften the red brick and blend in the benches.

They only grow during their specific season. Azaleas are spring season if you’re in the norther hemisphere.

whats everyones preferred method of covering up floors on not-meant-to-walk-on cliffs so that fossils dont get buried there... i'm finding paving stone on them to not look that nice, but flowers get way too cluttered

@cursive wren I made a transparent path and then used the custom pathing tool to place it. I put it around flowers so they don’t breed and get out of control

does anyone have a map where they have their villagers grouped in neighborhoods that are almost like "step downs"? like two on one height, then steps down to a lower height with homes, then finally some more at your lowest level? im trying to work on it on my island but i would love to see it on a map/how you have been spacing it because i'm struggling with such a lofty idea for my first ever terraforming endeavor
