@past jetty when she says things like "did you know you can order items from nook shopping?" that means you need more non-DIYs on the island. when she suggest making things from your surroundings, she wants more DIY items. you have to interpret what she says and place furniture that matches. it worked for me 🙂

To do that I would have to remove a river that spans the entire island, remove a bridge, then re-terraform and raise the right side of my island, and also probably get rid of my outdoor cafe type place or probably just put it on ground level so I have another incline to use. And all of that will take at least 20 days so tting is going to be in my blood for a while

Kal, I was very overwhelmed too. I originally had no idea what theme I wanted. I looked through lots of inspo and finally decided on a naturey theme. I then started with one corner, placed what I wanted there and on what level and built out from that.
