Fill every available spot with cliff tool or fences. 1 fence or single cliff blocks every cell around it

You just break rocks and reset until you get them all together. A caveat us that only three rocks can occupy a grid so you have to build inbetween grid borders if you nwant all six together

And they occupy a 3x3 area

It is very, very tedious

@scenic veldt I’d say those roads need to be wider to look like vehicle roads. Maybe you could add some crossings? I’d say try adding in some signs, benches, drinks machines, utility poles, could try and catalog some of the outside fan/generator type things for decor. Maybe some brick fencing?
