@grizzled girder Yeah, I had to learn the hard way when I was trying to add inclines for all of my villagers house 😭 Instead of 4, you can just do 2? I think it would still be nice! I’m planning on doing something similar with my Nooks Cranng and Able Sisters~ 8 inclines and 8 bridges!

Currently my island has 2 different types of path, Roads and arch tiled path acting as pavement. I want something different for my town square where the shops will be. Do you guys think this square tile fits? If so, would grey or brown be more fitting?

Yes, it'll clear everything in a 4x4. When its placed you can put small objects in the bottom left corner of that 4x4 tho. Like flowers or 1x1 furniture.

After I got the shapes put together for the terrain and water, I tweaked it as needed to add in trees. Next is pitting in the paths and points of interest around the landscape.
@drifting canyon i watched a stream while I leveled my place. Also leave a row of terrain between where you're digging out so you don't have to dig a space twice. So like do rows 1,3,5 etc then go back to do 2,4,6.

I couldn't get it to work sometimes and I think I got it fixed by removing some of the trees. I think they obstruct the map and make detecting it harder for the website. So try that @woven drift
