Put out a ton of decor. Stuff you buy and stuff you make. Put out a lot of flowers and some trees. Not too many or you’ll lose points. Fencing is also important. Make sure you don’t have weeds or items dropped

@grim zealot It's really up to you. On my island I have a residential area, but also some houses separated. Definitely a benefit to easily check DIY recipes.
