it would be more ideal to add in the channel when the server lags less since they had to add really big slowtimers to the villager trading channels and stuff and completely get rid of VC. also, mods may be in the chat but they don't care about suggestions becauase.....they're in the chat to discuss with other members and moderate. they won't remember suggestions which is why they direct you to modmail
