A couple of days ago I applied for this conservation/research internship in the Amazon Rainforest on the off chance I’d get it. Well today I got an email saying I’ve been accepted. However it is a) an unpaid internship and b) would cost me well over $2000

It would give me really awesome experience in my field (environmental studies) and just be a once in a lifetime experience, and I don’t have any debt, but.... over $2000 is a lot

I could probably use some of my financial aid but the internship begins in August and lasts a month. I’m moving July 31 and graduating on like August 10

it’d be a lot happening in a short period

I guess my question is, would this be worth it
