i do so many masks for my hair bc it's so long and i don't want it to get dry or damaged

i do treatments at home with rice water, apple cider vinegar, vitamin e oil, etc

brush with a wooden bristle brush to redistribute the oil from the top of my hair throughout

i almost never use heat on my hair so no blow dryer or iron

rice water is basically just rinsed then fermented in filtered water for 24 to 48 hours, dunk your hair in or spray it all over hair and roots, massage in

the amino acids and nutrients from the rice cling to the hair and help strengthen it. indian women use it to keep their long ass hair lookin good

1 part apple cider vinegar 2 parts water and massage that into ur scalp to balance the ph of ur scalp so it's not too dry or oily

rice water rinse and oil masks are good for overnight then morning shower

i put oil in my hair almost every day even just to help style it
