For some reason, I can't seem to linrart this. Can someone help me? I do my lineart as normal, fill in corners a little and play around with line width, yet it still looks really stiff and unappealing. Are there any techniques that someone can teach me to get nicer lines with more flexibility.

It's not the anatomy that I have an issue with, it's the lines. They all look the same despite the difference in width.

I tried zooming out, zooming in, copying the lineart layer over itself to give a thicker appearance since i draw lines with a 2 pen width.

awesome job!! @charred mason i really love the colours! its very soft on the eyes!! maybe as youre drawing though, you could make the background darker? at the bottom of procreates layer list theres a clear one/white one thats meant for background colour, it can really help people see the colours youre trying to use better as much as it helps you judge whether or not you like them!! i really wanna see more of this little dude! ^^

Another test using color to do tones, both pictures are the same except when I used tones I had to take some color out while drawing, but the tone version does look like he has the pink in his hair. It is rather interesting.
