my hair suggestion for the person up there is unless you are doing extreme realism or detailed line less art dont focus on trying to draw every individual strand. varying lineart thicknesses can create lots of weight in hair if you learn where to put them. if you want the hair to look detailed use thinner/lighter lines within the bolder lineart so that they dont overwhelm the eye. but theres no right or wrong way to do it, those are just what ive personally learned to stand by. best you can do is keep experimenting and take inspiration from what you find you like best
