So this banner born from the idea that I wanted to highlight the super cute flower crown. I wanted to use sakura blossoms in order to give a spring feeling, and I thought I'd give the number 16 a little crown to mimic the villagers. I initially had flowers wrapping around the number, but I found it obscured the number too much!
It definitely looks better smaller than bigger, as I forgot to smooth out the flowers on the number.

So my friend who wanted to stay anonymous who has given me permission to post this has been working on a Pokemon game in RPG Maker based on a old forum of old we were apart of. I will on his behalf posting his work here.
This is an original character by the name of Yuki Hoshia. When this was going to be a fanfiction, she was suppose to be the main character who was extremely shy and timid, but eventually grows strong. Since that didn't happen, in the fangame she's the cute, friendly, yet peppy rival to the main character.
