breeding all depends on flower genes; it's very possible to get each color a lot faster for your native flowers because, well, they are everywhere. other than that, breeding can be a lot more complicated, especially for roses as they have 4 genes instead of 3 like the other flower types which makes breeding a lot harder

Hey don't know if anybody would be able to help me but here it goes. I had a villager move from my island about a week ago. A new one hasn't moved in. When I visit the plot everyday it continues to say plot available. I have been playing since the game came out so I know that villagers usually move in within a couple of days. I spent a bunch of NMT trying to find a villager to bring to my island but I haven't had any luck. Did I bug out the game?

If you have no villager in your move-in queue, it's possible that the plot stays open for some time, though for most people there is always villagers in that queue because villagers get transferred to it whenever they play multiplayer with someone; I guess if you never play multiplayer that queue stays relatively empty..
If you find villagers on the NMT islands, that means you can invite them; if you couldn't because you have no valid plot, there would be none. Make sure to talk to them twice for the prompt to invite them to appear.

If you have other player accounts on the island, lauch the game from their account, the villager will have the moving-out thought bubble again and that other account can convince them to stay, even if you already said that they can leave on your main account.

You can create other player accounts by launching the game from a switch account that never launched the game; if you only have one atm, you need to create another switch account first and launching the game from this alternate accounts will create a new player. Though you'll have to go through a small tutorial again, and because they will be brand new on the island perhaps they will not be able to have normal interactions with that villager and convince them to stay, I'm not too sure.. But it is usually the way you can cancel the move-out of a villager you allowed to leave.
Another way would be to close the game immediately after you made the mistake and hope that it didn't autosave.. I'm not 100% sure it works all the time though

Star frags show up on your beaches the day after you wish. If you time traveled you may have gone too far, or you missed the window altogether. Evenings with shooting stars always stay the same though, so if you want to just go back and wish again you can do that.

Crowded beaches can sometimes prevent them from spawning, but it would be pretty difficult to block off all spawnable locations for the star frags. "Day after" also refers to 5 AM the day after, for clarification, because that's when Isabelle's announcements happen and materials respawn

So, I had my husband as a character on my island and wanted to remove it since he doesn’t play. I went ahead and deleted his switch profile, but when I log back into my island his house is still there. I read (NOW) that to remove a character, you need to log in as that user and deactivate on the title page. But since I deleted his switch profile, I can’t really log in now. Is there anything else I can try? I would hate to reset my island after 850+ hours.

Yep, you can either wait for it, or TT to tomorrow or further... The game performs most of its new day stuff (when Isabelle does her announcement) when going forward - going backward does not trigger a new day

That's usually when someone leaves using minus and at least someone else didn't close the menu/dialogue they were in - this could also mean the player somehow lost the connection with the host island

If you try to leave by pressing minus, a 10s countdown will start: if other players do not leave whatever menu/dialogue/etc they are in, you will still leave the island, but this will reset everyone else back to the airport... I don't remember if you still see your character going through the gate in that case, though

3. Grow stuff (fruits, flowers, pumpkins, etc) and sell to Nook's Cranny.

Question! If I have full villager slots(Ugh its all jocks ><** I want peppy villagers) and I see someone post a peppy villager moving away can I talk to the peppy villager to moving in my island and kicking out a jock villager?

You MUST have an unsold, empty plot available to invite a villager from another player's island, or to find villagers on mystery islands (and you can only invite one villager from a mystery island per day). A villager in boxes, or a house with the "I moved out" sign is NOT an empty plot.
