I'm not sure how to reproduce this. I paly this game with my boyfriend in Australia (I'm in the US) he hosts the game. When we play and a customer comes in, most of the time, the customer attempts to order a meal but is unable to. At the same time, the menu, which has been set up in advance by us, is now clear upon the start of service.

To start with, please double-check that you both have the latest version of the game installed. The most recent update went live on Friday, April 10.
If possible, please also provide your game logs and the save file from the session where the issue occurred. This will help us investigate the problem more effectively.
