The glitch appears as a properly rendered image for only a split second, then the image freezes for a next split second. Freezes only the render itself. Other calculations seems to continue to run during this time. The image appears to be jerking unnaturally. Disabling vertical sync completely eliminates this error. My setup is RTX4080, Driver 591.44 DCH, DX3D 12.1
