Ajazz AK820 Pro Doesn't Charge

I bought this keyboard 13 days ago and it literally doesn't charge. Today i saw the red battery indicator flashing for the first time. The keyboard has a little screen and there is a live battery icon but its always red, when i first bought it was green and although i charged it for many hours its still red.

it looks green when i plug to something

in wireless mode its red again

now i use on wired mod and it turned red
