#Looking for a new mouse

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a new mouse since mine is starting to show its age. I would really prefer a good quality mouse that comes in a different color from black, if anyone knows of one, with at least 4-6 programmable side buttons I can bind to keys. Pastel colors would be ideal but even white would be preferable over the old boring black ones. I'm willing to settle for black if needed.

Budget: $250 and under preferably.
Hand size: 16cm x 7cm
Grip type: Extended fingertip.
Products you've enjoyed in the past: I've used a Corsair Scimitar RGB Elite for the past 5-6 years and enjoyed it, although it's a little heavy. I used a razer naga before, but it died to static fairly quickly and I wasn't very impressed with their quality as a result.
Games I play: Mostly FFXIV for things where the mouse matters in some way. I do heavily use the side buttons and do like having at least 4-6 buttons available on the side. Other than that, I play a lot of 4x strategy games and simulator/base builder games where I don't particularly need as high precision, and fighters with a separate controller. I sometimes do play rainbow 6, battlefield and some other FPS games, but they're secondary.

I’ll be using the mouse wired, so wireless ability is not important. Thank you for any recommendations!

Yeah I haven’t been able to find a decent mouse with more than two buttons 😦 is the g502 bad? It was one of the options I was looking at. I don’t need a full numpad on it but I do need more than two for keybinds and it’s been insane to try to find one aside from a handful of options

Hmm from what I see in their product pictures that one only has three buttons. Sadly playing FFXIV means I need like 3 full hotbars and I don’t think I can make less than 4 buttons work, that’s already pushing it. Are there any mods or things I can do to the g502x to make it better? I’m pretty into mechanical keyboards and have no problem with taking things apart if that would help

i think genuinely your best option is like a g502x or like an aerox 5 or 9

Similar deal 😦 I’m already thinking of using things like shift, shift+alt, ctrl, etc in combination with mouse buttons to make every button count as much as possible, trying to do at least five keybinds per button. Going under four is going to be really hard without tabbing out mid raid on accident 😅
