i have a license message appear which only allows me to decline then that crashes my project

It’s not crashing, it’s exiting because you don’t accept it.

i couldnt scroll on the message as well as soon as i click on the scroll bar it exists the project

It might be due to compiling errors. Try to accept it on a fresh project with nothing else imported but Bloodborne SDK.

it wont let me it freezes up and by the time i scroll down my project just ends
