@abstract cloak are we getting access to all our old tickets back anytime soon? I just got a reply from the one I made back in 2023 which I can view through email only and can’t send a reply

Since the introduction of Pearl Abyss ID I’ve lost access to all old inquiries I’ve submitted so I’m hoping this goes through as this is through the email, I am still experiencing this bug as of 16-1-26. We did the dungeons and the audio is still very loud, unaffected by any audio settings. It’s not just me still experiencing it but also the rest of the party completing sycrakea too.
