No, unfortunately not. PC is very much a separate platform from console as it has features that aren't on console.

You can't use your PS account data in anyway on PC as it has its own login entirely separate. You cannot link it to the PA account you use for PS either.

Theres no crossplay with PC

#

Console only crossplays with itself (Xbox & PS)

As I say, the PC version of the game has a lot of features and content that are not on console
