Well like Taco said, Memory Fragments will be used to repair Tuvala post-graduation.
But unless running through the once-per-family quests for VI thru X Tuvala, these cannot lose max durability after graduating since you won't normally be able to enhance them post-Season.
And as for the extra Boss items you get, these are also once-per-family rewards for the current Season unless talking about ones created from Seasonal Exchange Coupons. Regardless of method acquired tho, Boss gear should be seen as temporary, so whichever you chose is largely inconsequential nowadays since you're only going to be using it for a short time before moving on to the next tier of gear. Talking weeks or a few months depending on how much you play, no longer many months or years like long ago.
