The option to exchange items for Remnants of Mytic Beasts is not offered. I have tried with Artisam Stuffed and Master Special Stuffed items in my inventory. Items were not locked and durability was full on the Artisan Stuffed. Is there a prerequisite quest that I am not finding to get the option to show?
