Find someone to power level you or kill mobs

But if you are new, do the main story quest, also play a seasonal character for rewards and buffs

Definitely do seasonal first time through. I personally would do the main quest to 56, then the valencia main quest to 58, and the kama quest to 60.
After the first time through you can judge the timing better. Plus it unlocks a ton of stuff like knowledge and energy you will want long term
