I'm having trouble logging into the app and website due to log in failures. I've reset my password but it still tells me my account it blocked from failed attempts. So how do I submit a ticket if u can't log in to do so?

Mine told me to use the cm first. I just closed it out and reopened it ok

I think I got it but have to wait and see
