Its not a bug, its still a normal pen BS, doesnt matter if its the free Version u cant sell.
And i think at tet it cost fuel aswell or its still in the 200mil range, idk never tagged a tet BS

I dont know how the 1.5% are exactly calculated however what I know is that it does not refresh every time the market price changes slightly

I think its a fix price, not the price the weapons cost at the time u tag

It was always the same price 4 me, doesnt matter if the price changed.
With 3 pen BS its always 450

it is based on your gear value, just doesnt work until u reach a certain bracket

since caphras price dropped on PC, same caphra lvl weapon will cost less to tag there than on console

but blackstars seem to be bit different, think they have fixed max vallue attached to them, no matter what market price a V bs will cost 150 fuel
