I trying to apply on the excavation node but my workers doesn't appear, I bought on all cityes but when I get to the node only the one from the campaign reward appear.
I got everything connected n I tried with getting from other places even velia, Calpeon nmand heidel.

I’m not positive because translations, but if that is dokkebi forest, only dokkebi workers can work there
