I know I sound like a broken record, but it's super frustrating to spend my time thinking I'm participating in an event, when in fact... I'm not (as far as BDC is concerned)! I've attended a total of 3 in-game events so far and have received NO credit whatsoever. I'm seriously beginning to doubt I will ever obtain my very first event credit (& temporary title). My bf wasn't even on Valencia server (like I was) during the gathering event the other day (and I understand that it didn't matter what server a person was on to win), but he placed in the top 5 and he received a temporary event title! The funny (not really) thing is that he wasn't even trying to be included in the event! He just happened to be doing his daily gathering quests at that time! What do I have to do to get counted? I even spoke to GM Ash in server (I think it was server) chat about finally being able to see his green text (which is the reason I wasn't included in the first two events I attended, hide & seek and the transformation race... if I can't actually see the instructions then I don't get included/counted, which is fine, my mistake for setting my language as English instead of International which is required to be able to see green GM text by the way). I was actually participating in the gathering event too (even though I was only able to gather a massive amount of a single seal/coin thing in the timeframe). What was I supposed to do to be counted for that event? I am not trying to get special treatment or anything like that, but I mean come on Black Desert! Cut me a break already! I know I won't ever be able to "win" in an event, but I would really, really like to finally be included and counted at least for the temporary title! Maybe I should give up on events because they are just way too difficult to be included/counted in... at least that's what it seems like to this newb! I guess 3 strikes, I'm out? Sigh.

i think the gathering event was limited to just the winners. some times they offer participation to every one
these are usually fun things to do as a community, as a winner of things like this, the prizes are a pretty big waste of time.

they do these every few weeks, the title i think lasts 7 days. its an odd system. bout half the events give out titles to every one, other half you have to place
