As in the topic. Can we do the halloween adventure log. If yes where I can find Mischievous Jacks, there are no in alejandro farm:(

Are we able to complete the Halloween adventure log or only when they first released the log? My boyfriend looked up where the mischievous jacks were supposed to spawn between 10 pm and 7 am (in-game time) and I went there but didn't see any. He also said I might be able to get a quest from Igor Bartali (chief of Veila) but the NPC did not have any quests related to mischievous jacks.
