I am currently standing in altinova after attempting the 21 minute timed quest to meet the village chiefs to complete heralds journal vol3.

I am queueuing the quest in valencia at the palace, activating the timer, then the first stop is to talk to neruda shen in altinova.

But when I speak to him nothing happens... no quest objectve partially accomplished notification, no chat dialogue option, nothing... I dont know why but I cant progress even after visiting the other NPCs on the quest... what am I doing wrong?? Its so frustrating having to reroute back to valencia everytime this happens...

On the quest bar. How much time is left when you get there.

CAN CONFIRM opening the quest widget showed that the objectives WERE being completed, somewhere along the line the quest reqs changed and were very different from the guides online... thank you SO much for the advice!! Just finished it!! ❤️
