I'm trying to find and open the season pass menu and rewards on the Xbox. Where is this at?

When you bring up your inventory or.menu there is a pop up on right of them. It's like RT x?

I was trying to upgrade armor but now it gives me an alert that my enhancement chance is too high. But it won't let me correct it.. and now I cannot enhance anything!
