Asian servers is a MESS RIGHT NOW . I cant log in and if I did manage to log in then it would take more time than usual to load the game after I choose my adventurer. Then upon loading the game I cant access my inventory, I cant get my daily rewards and I cant even click on NPCs. If ever it works it takes minutes before something happen! Fix this issue ASAP!

as soon as you manage to login, could you please record and post here a clip from Login menu up to when you try to talk to NPC, open Inventory, etc.?
Furthermore, did you try
- change the network MTU to 1473
- change DNS from default to the Cloudflare or Google one
- change from WiFi to LAN connection
Often those workarounds help improve the situation

I've been using google dns as my default dns and no, it is not my isp's fault especially when I can play other online games smoothly. Wait let me upload the video my good sir.

that error while trying to obtain rewards happend to me rarely as well.
there might be an issue with the game cache / installation or packets loss.
Did you already try the followings
- enter PS5 recovery mode and Rebuild Database
- reinstall the game
please also check the MTU thing, it is related to packet transmission

@civic sedge reinstalling and clearing game cache never was an answer to this problem. Like I said, this also happened on my ps4 before and I tried clearing the game cache and reinstalling the game, but never solved the problem. So i doubt it would solve the problem now. The MTU never tried it, i will later when i return home.

One last question though. Will changing the MTU wont affect my other online games like apex and battlefield?

it s suggested value in other games as well
also a friend with Xbox told me that the MTU there is set up to 1470 by default
or something close, imma ask him again soon

settings > network > setup internet connection > (select current network) > advanced settings > MTU

Yes one of my friend had this issue yesterday evening and i was ok. But now i am the one getting this problem and he seems fine now because he was playing. Though he is yet to reply with my message about this problem.

Nope, didnt work. I also tried 1450 and yet the same result, lag and severe delay is still there. I put it back on 1500 and tried playing apex and i had no problem at all. 😂

Ah, i hope PA's engineers will solve this issue as soon as possible. Knowing that this company is very bad at compensating players if issues are indeed on them. 😂

maybe they are aware of some specific issue in the Asia server.
but it is indeed strange that this occurs only to some ppl on same server with same configurations/workarounds

I tried playing last night at aroud 11pm (+8gmt) and the lag/delay subsided a little bit though it was still atrocious. I will try again later if the issue is gone (i hope so). Thanks.
