#Consistently freeze frames and load screens

Trying to game, but I get hit.with freeze frames and load screens. Did everything possible to fix , from reseting internet to delete game and reinstall, still getting it!

Can you please try checking your MTU settings for us?

  • Navigate to PlayStation Settings
  • Select Network - Set up Internet connection
  • Select the network type [Ethernet if Wired or Wireless if no Ethernet is utilized]
  • Select Custom & accept the defaults until MTU settings
  • Set MTU to 1473

After you've done this, please run several network tests to make sure that everything is performing normally. After which, please perform a cold boot of your system by turning it off and unplugging it for about 1 minute.
