What are the biggest houses for residences around? I saw an article listing 10, but it was from 2021/2022.

Depends which areas you're looking to reside in.
I can't say too much since I've stuck with one house that I felt was spacious in Heidel (right next to the blacksmith).
There's other houses in various areas which are bigger especially in Grana.

Heidel 9-3’s the only one the article listed

I haven’t looked into the city numbers but I’d try and live around everywhere with the 5
