Your lagging then hitting the fps cap which restricts your actions. No, it’s not your console restricting your fps. Usually this can be caused by your Wi-Fi. Though it could be that your console’s nat port could be over stressed with to many connections. A friend a while back told me that my nat port was to stressed and I reset it a few times and it fixed the issue.
