Is anyone else not able to sign in to Ubisoft to connect? I was having issues syncing the library and disconnected it to re-connect. I can log in to the Ubisoft website when I go there on my own, but the redirect login from GeForce Now does not work with the same credentials.

Ignore me, I closed GeForce Now, and tried again after re-launch and it worked.
The sync issue is still present however, my accounts are linked but it still will not sync the Ubisoft games that are on gamepass.
Seems like it may be related to the game. I can launch Avatar, and it correctly shows GamePass as the game store, Assassin's Creed Black Flag Gold edition shows Ubisoft as the store, and it will not allow me to change it to GamePass

For Ubisoft games though GP, you have to locally "claim" it first.

The issue here is all of the linking is done and the game is claimed, but it is forcing it to launch in Ubisoft instead of Xbox, and when I try to change it to Xbox, it does nothing.
The reason Avatar works, which is using the same service and connections, is that it is using Xbox to run the game.
Mirage works as well, and I never went and locally claimed it. But same deal, it is using Xbox to launch.
