More than just having "good" internet, you need to have good quality internet. Cloud gaming isn't well-informed about this, and ISPs don't seem to care. If you're experiencing problems like image skipping or pixelation, check your internet quality (you can find websites that monitor jitter on Google). Also, double-check that your desired settings have been saved in the app (whether local or browser-based).
