Hello, when we got Jotunnslayer from Epic free giveaway, I downloaded it and played it on my PC but my PC is a potato and later it got added to GFN I wanted to play it there and on my phone probably. On the storefront it says it has cloud saves, but when I started it from GFN my save file was gone. Anyone have / had similar interaction from games? Are there any solutions?

Keep to the same server location and see if keeping to one device still occurs this.

I'm sorry I don't know if I've understood it. I live in Germany, played from my PC (not GeForce now) from Germany. My GeForce now settings for servers is Auto-Germany. I just started it, no save file have to start from 0.

With the save, does it get lost each time you close the session?

There is no save while launching through GeForce now. Locally (playing on my PC there is a progress), starting on GeForce now there is no save file / progress.
