Is the connection wired and with the resolution, make sure it's set to the native resolution of your monitor in GFN.

With the delay, is this with other games and can you provide a video with the network overlay tab enabled? You can do this by doing Control + N.

Can you try a lower resolution and do you have any AI upscaling enabled? If so can you set it to standard?

Alongside this what's your PC specs and is this limited to just Fortnite or do other games face this issue?

What mouse do you have and have you tried a wired connection? If so, then can you try another device and tell me if the delay is present on there too?

With billing you're going to have to contact NVCC support.

Scroll the page down, and you will find the Live Chat and Ask us a Question links.

I think it's best you contact NVCC support about both issues to be fair, since on your end, everything seems perfectly fine.

geforcenow seems to always have input delay on the mouse, i dont think u can do anything about it, you can minimize it to where its not that bad, but its still bad for fps games where aim matters. its cause its streamed so it takes longer for the input to reach and come back then compared to playing on pc
