Will “Dune: Awakening” ever be for general use? I'm running out of playing time and it won't let me add more to play. I've been waiting for days for the month to end so I can pay for another subscription, and I haven't been able to play for days.

Elaborate "general use" please.

I am not allowed to open the game unless I have hours. I have a “performance” subscription, and if I run out of hours, it won't let me play.
By general use, I mean that if I don't have any hours left or if I no longer have a subscription, would I still be able to play normally for at least 30 minutes?
It's limited to premium users, but even with a subscription there are limitations.
